حساب أداة مستقلة لمقارنة تكلفة استهلاك الكهرباء والمياه السكنية بين تعرفتي 2026 و2027 في السعودية. الهدف أن تعرف أثر تغير التعرفة على نفس الكمية، وتفهم كيف توزعت التكلفة بين الاستهلاك والرسوم والضريبة.
ما الذي تقدمه الأداة؟
يمكن إدخال كمية الاستهلاك مباشرة أو استنتاج كمية تقريبية من فاتورة حالية. التفاصيل تعرض الكمية المسعّرة في كل شريحة، والرسم والضريبة. جميع الحسابات تجري في المتصفح، ولا تحتاج إلى تسجيل حساب أو رفع فاتورة.
الاستقلالية والمسؤولية
الموقع غير تابع للشركة السعودية للطاقة أو شركة المياه الوطنية، ولا يصدر فواتير أو يغير حساب المشترك. النتيجة إرشادية، والمرجع عند الاختلاف هو فاتورة مقدم الخدمة والتعرفة الرسمية المنطبقة على فترة الاستهلاك.
كيف نراجع الحسابات؟
نفصل كود الحساب عن الواجهة، ونستخدم أعدادًا صحيحة للهلالات ووحدات استهلاك دقيقة. اختبارات المشروع تغطي حدود الشرائح والضريبة والرسوم والمدخلات غير الصحيحة والحساب العكسي. نجاح الاختبار يثبت اتساق التطبيق مع جداول النموذج، ولا يغني عن التحقق من المصدر الرسمي نفسه.
كيف تتعامل مع فرق في النتيجة؟
راجع المدة، وفئة الاشتراك، وسعة القاطع أو قطر العداد، ثم بند خدمة العداد والرصيد السابق. لا ترسل رقم الحساب أو صورة فاتورة كاملة علنًا. للمقارنة اليدوية يكفي وصف بيانات الاستهلاك والرسوم بعد إزالة معلوماتك الشخصية. عند النزاع على فاتورة فعلية استخدم قنوات مقدم الخدمة الرسمية.

What the tool does
Enter usage directly or infer an approximate quantity from a current bill. Expand the breakdown to inspect tier quantities, fees and tax. Calculations happen in your browser, without an account or uploading an invoice.
Independence and responsibility
This site is not affiliated with Saudi Energy or the National Water Company. It does not issue invoices or change utility accounts. Results are guidance; the service provider's invoice and official tariff for the consumption period take precedence.
How calculations are checked
The calculation engine is separated from the interface and uses integer halalas and precise scaled quantities. Project tests cover tier boundaries, VAT, fees, invalid inputs and inversion. Passing tests establish consistency with the implemented schedules; they do not independently verify the source tariffs.
Understanding a discrepancy
Check the period, residential category, breaker or water meter, service fee and outstanding balance. Do not publicly share account numbers or a complete invoice. For a manual comparison, anonymised usage and fee details are enough. Use your provider's official channels to dispute an actual bill.
